Tiffany&Co opens new public art exhibition in London
Luxury Maison Tiffany & Co has unveiled its open-to-all gallery featuring works by notable British artists, alongside window displays inspired by the Tiffany Archives.
Tiffany & Co commissioned four British contemporary artists – including Damien Hirst, Rana Begum, Jason Bruges, and James Righton – to create unique works to sit alongside window displays inspired by the Tiffany Archives in a takeover of Selfridges & Co’s storefront.
The installation represents a collaboration between Tiffany and Selfridges, as well as the wider contemporary art world.
With more than 130,000 people walking past the Oxford Street store every day, the windows will act as an accessible and inclusive art gallery where passers-by can take in diverse perspectives on love, design, and creativity – while being immersed in the world of Tiffany & Co jewellery.
To celebrate the unveiling of the Windows of Wonder, Tiffany & Co will host guided gallery tour experiences over the span of two days – available to the public on 27 and 28 September from 11am until 6pm with no booking required.
Attendees will have the opportunity to pick up a Tiffany & Co treat and experience the artist windows with an audio-guided tour.
